THE TOYMAKER’S WORKSHIP WINTER TERRACE AT GERMAN GYMNASIUM

Kings Cross

German Gymnasium has transformed its terrace into a magical toymaker’s workshop in partnership with gin brand Monkey 47 this Christmas.

Taking inspiration from Germany’s famed Christmas markets, the terrace features cosy wooden huts adorned with winter foliage, twinkling fairy lights, warming throws and vintage toys.

Cocktails come courtesy of Monkey 47, and includes the hot Mulled Monkey Magic – a blend of Monkey 47, Pinot Noir, house chinato, cinnamon, oranges and vanilla. The Doll’s House Midnight Delight is a mix of Monkey 47, Riesling, lemon, pineapple, Jagermeister Manifest, ground cinnamon and nutmeg.

Expect to be well fed with German winter classics such as roasted chestnuts, currywurst, bratwurst, oysters and caviar.

The Toymaker’s Terrace will remain open until the end of January 2019.
