Among the delicate pale dry Provençal rosés sampled in this year’s Global Rosé Masters was this delicious pink wine from Penedès in Spain. Called Born Rosé, it has all the appealing hallmarks of fine French rosé – peach, pomegranate and citrus zest – but a just touch more juicy strawberry fruit than one generally gets from Provence.
