Like Mirabeau, Minuty is one of Provence’s largest and best-known rosé producers, and we love its output, particularly this mid-market version, with plenty of ripe pear and peach, a slightly oily-texture, and then a dry, fresh, but soft acid-finish, making it hard not to drink at a pace.
