Sadly, yoga in the gym, or indeed in the vineyard, is off the menu for the foreseeable.

With time outdoors restricted, for those searching for some indoor exercise alternatives that involve a glass of vino, look no further.

Take a leaf out of Vino Vinyasa Yoga’s book – a company with exercise studios in Los Angeles, New York City and Austin – and incorporate creative yoga poses with fun wine facts.
