The expert sommelier team, led by Clément Robert MS, in their own words, like to keep things simple, offering “a range of 15 red and 15 white wines by the glass, carafe and bottle”, adhering to the philosophy to “only serve wines we like, that are interesting, drink well and offer good value”.

Review 2016/17
This may include a 75ml serve of 1993 Sassicaia, or a 250ml glass of London Cru Bacchus from the UK – the list changes all the time and the picks below are necessarily just an example.
The subterranean City of London outpost is, as are its 28-50 sister venues at Marylebone and Maddox Street, something of a wine embassy destination for wine obsessives. Particularly interesting is the ‘Collectors’ list offering unusual and mature wines such as, at the time of writing, 1977 Terrantez, D’Oliveiras
Madeira, 1973 Meursault Rougeots, Potinet- Ampeau Burgundy, and even a magnum of 2001 Château Mouton Rothschild, sold on behalf of friends of the restaurant.
