The cocktails
The Diageo-owned premium vodka brand Ketel One will be used in a selection of cocktails for the event, which have been devised by Chigaco-born mixologist and entrepreneur Charles Joy.
Joy’s drinks card includes four botanical-themed vodka cocktails; the Enlightenment, flavoured with lime juice, green tea and honey syrup; the Labyrinth, which incorporates Ancho Reyes chile liqueur, agave nectar and carrot juice; the Radiance, which combines orange oils, rosé syrup and grapefruit liqueur; and the Restoration, a diary-free take on the espresso martini which includes absinthe as well as a blend of almond and coconut milk.
A selection of spirits from the Diageo Reserve collection will be served alongside Joy’s drinks menu.
Joy founded his own of ready-to-drink label, Crafthouse Cocktails, in 2014.
