Located in a Victorian brownstone building previously occupied by NatWest bank, the main wine bar will be spread across two floors, with a casual wine bar on the ground floor and a cocktail bar above.

A choice of organic wines will be available on tap alongside a more traditional selection. Craft beers and cocktails will also be on offer.

With a modern European focus, the menu is set to feature a choice of seasonal small plates updated daily.

Having held the position of managing director since 2011, Gillies was appointed CEO of the Gordon Ramsay Restaurant Group in 2016, leaving the company in 2018.

Bank House Wine Bar and Kitchen will open this July.
