Overheard at this year’s Wine & Spirits Show

Last weekend, we held our Wine & Spirits Show at One Whitehall Place once again in partnership with the spirits business.

Over 1,500 trade insiders and curious consumers came out in force to try everything from vintage Champagne to rare whisky and good old fashioned English ale.

And naturally, lips became loose after a few samples….

We’ve rounded-up our favourite snippets of conversation overheard at this year’s event, from an overwhelming desire to stroke books, to spotting celebrities who definitely weren’t there.

So as not to appear unfairly elitist or insulting our own readers in the trade, we’re roasting the lot of you again.
