Champagne Laurent-Perrier will be hosting ‘Serenity in the City’, a new summer terrace at Portman Square’s Nobu Hotel.
The new terrace has been designed to offer visitors with an oasis of calm amid the hustle and bustle of Marylebone, combining Japanese cuisine with French fizz.
The terrace’s design draws upon the new ‘Petal Robe’ for Laurent-Perrier’s Cuvée Rosé. Echoing the robe’s design, the terrace features soft rose and apricot pinks and warmer brioche tones.
A press release on the opening suggests that the terrace has also been designed to reflect “the Japanese concept of ‘wa’, meaning harmony”.
Among the dishes on offer to pair with the Laurent-Perrier rosé being served on the terrace are grilled salmon shisho tabbouleh, lobster salad with spicy lemon dressing, wagyu sliders with dashi fries, dragon fruit ceviche, and passionfruit & mango kakigori.
Last year, Laurent-Perrier’s robe had a jungular ‘bamboo’ design.
Laurent-Perrier’s Cuvée Rosé was among the medallists in the rosé category at this year’s Champagne Masters. To read the full list, click here.
